- Flat Owners/Residents desirous of selling their respective apartment need to inform the Elected Committee in writing prior to the completion formalities of the sale of the respective property. The intimation, which can be in the form of a simple letter, should be addressed to the Management Committee and can be submitted to the Building Management Services Office.
- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) will be granted within three working days to the Flat Owner subject to clearance of all outstanding dues towards the Society and on payment of Transfer Fees of Rs. 50,000/- (+ taxes). Transfer fees are subject to revision.
- A copy of the duly registered sale deed must be submitted to the Elected Committee at the Property Management Services Office within four weeks from the date of sale.
