24K Glitterati has an automated entry system with boom barriers that are RFID / Fastag integrated. Information about it is provided in the form of an FAQ for ease of understanding.

How to get Park+ RFID Tag and Mobile App

If you need a new Park+ RFID tag for automated entry/exit, please get it from the BMS Office.

Next, download the Park+ application from your App Store or Play Store. The application is free and gives additional benefits to managing your vehicle. It is mandatory to configure your vehicle into this app in order to enable your entry/exit without intervention by Security personnel. The application triggers notifications on every entry/exit. If you do not wish to receive notifications, then you can turn them off.

For first-time use, the vehicle details will have to be added to the application, so please go ahead and download the mobile app and carry out the following five simple steps at your earliest convenience:

*Step 2.* Verify your mobile number

*Step 3.* Click on my vehicle

*Step 4.* Click on add new vehicle

*Step 5.* Enter your vehicle details and add your vehicle

It is also important to update your profile on the application so that your information is accurately captured and you can be contacted in case of any issues.

And you are done… now you need to contact BMS to get the codes required to activate your access.

In case you face difficulties in the above steps, the BMS team will assist you to set it up.

How does it work?

Park+ integrates your existing Fastag (preferred) or a new RFID sticker for your vehicle with the automated boom-barrier system at the entry and exit gates. When you approach the gate (slowly, please), it will sense that your vehicle is authorised and open the boom automatically for entry or exit.

Do I have to pay for the integration of my vehicles with the new boom barrier system?

No. There are no charges payable by resident owners/tenants for the first round of integration. The overall cost of installation of the new system is inclusive of this integration.

I am a resident, and I don't have a Fastag on my car. Will I be able to enter with the automated boom barrier system?

Yes. You may be provided with an RFID sticker issued to you to enable the automated opening of the boom barrier system.

I have a Fastag on my car, but it is not getting integrated with the automated boom barrier system. How will I be able to enter/exit the premises?

You may be provided with an RFID sticker to enable the automated opening of the boom barrier system, or the security guard can temporarily open it for you using the manual switch system.

If I integrate my vehicle's Fastags with our new boom barrier system, will I be charged any entry/exit fees like for tollways?

No. Entry/Exit doesn't require any charges.

How many vehicles can I register and integrate with the new system for automated boom barriers?

The same number of vehicles as the number of parking slots owned by you.

My old vehicle was integrated with the automated boom barrier system. Now I have sold it and purchased a new vehicle.

a. Will I be able to get the new vehicle integrated and set up in the automated boom barrier system?

a. Yes.

b. What should be done for the integration of the old vehicle that has been sold by me?

b. You must inform BMS and ensure that the old vehicle that is sold by you is de-listed in the system to prevent unauthorised entry/exit in future.

STAFF, VENDOR, AND GUEST ENTRY & EXIT

The complex uses MyGate to control and monitor the movement of non-resident people.

How to get the MyGate application

Download it from the app store on your Android or Apple device.

Usage

Everyone’s entry and exit are recorded in MyGate through its device and app at the main and exit gates.

In addition, entry and exit of vendors and household staff are also recorded at individual tower lobbies as to which apartment they visited. This allows traceability of their movements within the complex.

Regular and permanent staff are issued a code for faster entry and exit.

If you’re expecting a visitor and want to preapprove entry, you can do so from the MyGate app and send a code to the visitor before entry. It allows quick and smooth entry through the main gate.

The MyGate app sends a ringing notification for entry approval or rejection with visitor details.

It also notifies you about entry and exit from the tower and complex.

An alarm threshold can be set to warn Security if a vendor stays more than a certain time in the complex.
