- Property Tax is payable to the PCMC (Pimpri – Chinchwad Municipal Corporation) before the June 30th every year. The property tax bill gets dropped in your letterbox around April every year. Usually, the bill is in Marathi.
- Online payment: The bill can be easily paid online at https://publicptax.pcmcindia.gov.in/ which is the official website of the local corporation. Three pieces of information pertaining to your flat as shown on the top of the hard copy of your bill to be entered and then click “show” to see your e-bill. Check if it tallies with the hard copy you have received and proceed for online payment thereafter and print and retain e-receipt for your records.
- Zone number is 05 and Gat number is 08 for everyone in 24K Glitterati. Put the last 5 digits of your property ID in the Malmatta Kramank field. E.g., if your property ID is ABCDEFGHIJ.00, put FGHIJ.
